We specialize in world class adventures the greatwater way,whether hunting, fishing, crabbing, or shrimping, or maybe beach combing, sightseeing or cruising or a combination of all. With the greatwater advantage we provide first class gear and transportation to all of our guests. Through ut both Southeast Alaska, with over 50,000 square miles of the last frontier to explore and Prince William Sound with approximately 10,000 square miles of pristine beauty Alaska Greatwater can provide the best saltwater adventures in the business.

What we target is the ultimate fun and experiences of a lifetime. Next is some of Alaska’s finest offerings. King (Chinook), Silver (coho), Red (sockeye ) salmon, deep drop fishing for world record halibut, lingcod, and yellow eye (snapper) to name a few. Also, a unique view of the alluring Alaska wilderness. With a certain chance of viewing black or brown bears, puffins, eagles, sea lions or otters, killer or humpback whales, glaciers, and ice fields.
We offer a wide variety of great water adventures. We have vessels in Southeast Alaska and Prince Wiiliam Sound for 20 of the best saltwater bare boat adventures beginning May 1 through September with custom trips by appointment only and advance reservations. Come join us and be our guests.
Planning and preparation can help avoid an unpleasant adventure . There is an old wives tale that-It is better to be on the beach wishing you were on the water than being in the water wishing you were on the beach. Safety is our #1 priority for our guests. Our 60” vessel the VIQUEEN is 5 star USCG rated. During the Alaska season our weather can be very diversified- we always prepare for the adventure accordingly.
We ask that you come prepared and have a great AK day. Our vessel the VIQUEEN and the SOUND CHOICE are the safest in the business. Enjoy life at 10 knots on either of these magnificent vessels.
